<div>Dr. Nevine Abdelkhalek, PhD, CMngr, MCMI is the board member of Tea Computers, board member of Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA) and the advisory board of CSR Egypt. Currently, she is the Dean of the School of Continuing Education, Nile University in Egypt and for more than 12 years was the Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development at Engineering Consultants Group (ECG). She founded in 2010 the Excellence in Engineering. Among her achievements was being one of four consultants to the Prime Minister of Egypt in Education that founded Nile Schools. In 2021 she Co-founded Africa Consults.</div><div><br></div><div>Dr. Nevine Abdelkhalek, PhD, CMngr, MCMI holds a charter manager status with the Charter Management Institute at the UK, as well as a Ph.D. in Human Resources. She started her professional career in 1992 through her postgraduate studies at Boston University followed by more than 15 years with the Canadian Fund and USAID and headed the organization of the regulatory body of the educators in Egypt the Professional Academy for Teachers (PAT). She also put together the strategic plan of the organizational development of the Ministry of Education of Egypt in 2008.</div><div><br></div>

He was the former CEO of Linx financial and former CEO of TAYAF Africa – Arabia, worked as a business consultant in AIG global investment head office in New York in 1997 & 1998, served as the vice chairman for the Egyptian sailing and water ski federation and vice chairman for Mediterranean water ski federation.</div><div><br></div><div>Dr. Mahmoud Ramadan graduated from faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine Cairo University in 1994, and completed his master of international business administration (MIBA) in 2000.</div>

Most of her banking experience has been in Credit and Marketing (25 years), most recently in her role as Senior General Manager / Head of Corporate Credit Department in Suez Canal Bank; preceeded by her role as General Manager / Deputy Head of Corporate Credit Department in Egyptian Gulf Bank.</div><div><br></div><div>Ms. Farid holds a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Alexandria (1976).
