Mr. Aly A. Allouba
Chairman
<div>With over 25 years experience in the financial services field, Aly has progressed in top financial services institutions in Egypt and played many roles in Flemings-CIIC, Sigma Capital, Beltone Financial, and Pharos Securities from 1998 till 2008.</div><div><br></div><div>In early 2009 he established edge portfolio management.</div><div><br></div><div>In May 2017 he joined a group of veteran financial services professionals and acquired NBK Capital Securities and renamed it "Vantage for Securities Brokerage"</div><div><br></div><div>In October 2018 he joined TEA Computers as Vice Chairman and he currently serves as Chairman</div><div><br></div><div>Aly holds a BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo.</div>
Dr. Nevine Abdelkhalek

<div>Dr. Nevine Abdelkhalek, PhD, CMngr, MCMI is the board member of Tea Computers, board member of Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA) and the advisory board of CSR Egypt. Currently, she is the Dean of the School of Continuing Education, Nile University in Egypt and for more than 12 years was the Vice President of Human Resources and Organization Development at Engineering Consultants Group (ECG). She founded in 2010 the Excellence in Engineering. Among her achievements was being one of four consultants to the Prime Minister of Egypt in Education that founded Nile Schools. In 2021 she Co-founded Africa Consults.</div><div><br></div><div>Dr. Nevine Abdelkhalek, PhD, CMngr, MCMI holds a charter manager status with the Charter Management Institute at the UK, as well as a Ph.D. in Human Resources. She started her professional career in 1992 through her postgraduate studies at Boston University followed by more than 15 years with the Canadian Fund and USAID and headed the organization of the regulatory body of the educators in Egypt the Professional Academy for Teachers (PAT). She also put together the strategic plan of the organizational development of the Ministry of Education of Egypt in 2008.</div><div><br></div>
Dr. Mahmoud Ramadan

<div>Dr. Mahmoud Ramadan is the board member of Tea computers, CEO and board member of Misr information services and trading (MIST) and board member of Misr international systems (MIS). He was the former CEO of Linx financial and former CEO of TAYAF Africa – Arabia, worked as a business consultant in AIG global investment head office in New York in 1997 & 1998, served as the vice chairman for the Egyptian sailing and water ski federation and vice chairman for Mediterranean water ski federation.</div><div><br></div><div>Dr. Mahmoud Ramadan graduated from faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine Cairo University in 1994, and completed his master of international business administration (MIBA) in 2000.</div>
Ms. Maha Farid

<div><br></div><div>Ms. Maha Farid - Financial Consultant of Tea Computers has 40 years of banking experience, across Suez Canal Bank, Egyptian Gulf Bank, and Egyptian American Bank (EAB). She also serves as a Board Member in Suez Canal Bank, Bariq Company, and AIH. Most of her banking experience has been in Credit and Marketing (25 years), most recently in her role as Senior General Manager / Head of Corporate Credit Department in Suez Canal Bank; preceeded by her role as General Manager / Deputy Head of Corporate Credit Department in Egyptian Gulf Bank.</div><div><br></div><div>Ms. Farid holds a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Alexandria (1976). She has also completed several additional courses and certifications including, and not limited to, Credit Course (Arab Banking Institute), Credit Course (EAB), Capital Market and Treasury Products Seminar (EAB), Management Program (AMEX), Advanced Credit Seminar (AMEX), Selling Skills & Customer Service (AMEX), Commercial Lending Techniques (EuroMoney), and Corporate Valuation (Citibank)</div>

<div>With over 39 years of experience in systems engineering, Viviane Cassis has built a distinguished career marked by innovation, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.</div><div>Currently serving as Managing Director, Viviane Cassis has been promoted through leadership positions such as Department Head, Project Manager, and Resource Manager, leading a talented team in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that have enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.</div><div>Her deep understanding of systems engineering principles and practices has been instrumental in managing complex projects and achieving expected results. Throughout her career, Viviane Cassis has been dedicated to mentoring the next generation of engineers, sharing her knowledge and expertise to empower others in the field.</div><div>Eng.
