<p style="text-align: center;"><b>Job Title: </b>Vice President of Integrated Professional Services</p><br><p><b>Level:</b> Senior Executive</p><p><b>Reports to:</b>&nbsp; CEO</p><p><b>Location:</b> Cairo, Egypt</p><p><b>Full/Part time:</b> Full-time&nbsp;</p><p><b>Fixed term/Temporary: </b>Fixed term</p><p><b>Date of starting work:</b> 1st of May, 2021</p><p><br></p><p><b>Join us if </b><br>You are a leader with broad knowledge of current and emerging IT technologies<br>You demonstrate strong business, managerial as well as technical skills that enable you to lead our professional services delivery team in delivering multi-vendor IT enterprise solutions.</p><p>You are a team player who can work closely with customers, partners, vendors, subcontractors as well as our system integration sales team and system software support team .</p><p><b>Responsiblities</b></p><ul><li>Recruiting , managing , developing and providing guidance and leadership to the professional services delivery team</li><li>Overall project implementation and delivery&nbsp;of enterprise IT Infrastructure, data center, network, security and video surveillance solutions</li><li>Achieving and growing the hardware maintenance service sales revenue and profits</li><li>Risk and contingency planning including planning and ordering spare parts</li><li>Supporting sales directors in vendors, subcontractors, partners business and relationships development and management</li><li>Exploring and analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for the system integration business unit</li><li>Preparing technical component of tenders, RFPs and proposals&nbsp;</li><li>Presentation of&nbsp; technical&nbsp;solutions in different formats (oral , written) for various stakeholders</li><li>Conducting regular reviews with sales directors of system integration business unit</li><li>Liaising with senior management to report on project milestones and to present project needs</li></ul>

Prerequisites & Qualifications:
<p><b>Required Qualifications, Competences &amp; Experience:&nbsp;</b></p><p><b>Education:&nbsp;</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’ degree in Computer Engineering or related field is a must.</li></ul><p><b>Professional Experience:&nbsp;</b></p><ul><li>10+ years in relevant IT services management with an emphasis on infrastructure/ network/ systems support.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years in an IT supervisory role with proven success in leading large IT projects across various technologies.</li><li>Experience in systems scaling and best of breed architecture including knowledge of a network /server / storage scaling.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><b>Language:&nbsp;</b></p><ul><li>Good command of&nbsp; oral &amp; written English &amp; Arabic.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><b>Knowledge, Competences:</b></p><ul><li>Excellent project management and decision-making&nbsp; kills and a strong ability to prioritize</li><li>Excellent people management skills - communication, teamwork, and leadership</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills</li><li>PMP Certified and/or ITIL Certified.</li><li>Experience with various cloud technologies.</li><li>Preferable ages between 40 to 55.&nbsp;</li></ul>

IT Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

<p>As a Field Service Engineer you represent TEA Computers both technically and professionally at the client site .</p><p><br></p><p>Your role is to ensure that equipment is installed and maintained properly.</p><p><br></p><p>Your aim is customers’ satisfaction through reliability and proactive support.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b><span style="font-size: 18px;">Essential Responsibilities</span><br></b></p><ul><li>Responsible for onsite installation and configuration of Intel based Windows servers and SAN storage subsystems and ongoing preventive maintenance and repair.&nbsp;<br></li><li>Responding to requests for emergency repairs and services.</li><li>Providing technical instruction and assistance to technicians regarding installation, operation, repair and maintenance at customer's sites.</li><li>Ensuring that the relevant customers representatives&nbsp;&nbsp;are continually updated on current job status.</li><li>Preparing timely and accurate technical reports in accordance to company standards of all site activities.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Prerequisites & Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor degree in electronics, communications or computer science.</li><li>Prior field engineering experience ( 1-3 years)</li><li>Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision</li><li>Good command of English</li><li>Strong customer service mindset<br></li><li>Geographically mobile (locations vary)<br></li></ul><p><br></p>
