TEA Computers help for designing, implementing, and installing a computer-based personnel & management system more than Ten years ago for Egyptian Army Officers. The system incorporates the following applications:
- Enlistment.
- Officers Promotions & Movement .
- Personnel Distribution.
- Discharging.
- On call personnel.
- Retraining.
These major applications required very detailed data handling concerning age, Experience, Training, specialization, previous service area, future needs, and so forth. Various groupings and statistical data were incorporated into the system.
A future expansion was envisaged by the customer, and the project was awarded to TEA Computers to develop a larger computer systems and Data Base with remote inquiry and communication facilities. The new system will make use of existing data and programs with Arabic data base concept. Tasks of TEA Computers in this project will include training users, programmers, system analysts as well as system development , hardware supply, and overall maintenance.
