IT Field Service Engineer

Job Description:

<p>As a Field Service Engineer you represent TEA Computers both technically and professionally at the client site .</p><p><br></p><p>Your role is to ensure that equipment is installed and maintained properly.</p><p><br></p><p>Your aim is customers’ satisfaction through reliability and proactive support.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b><span style="font-size: 18px;">Essential Responsibilities</span><br></b></p><ul><li>Responsible for onsite installation and configuration of Intel based Windows servers and SAN storage subsystems and ongoing preventive maintenance and repair.&nbsp;<br></li><li>Responding to requests for emergency repairs and services.</li><li>Providing technical instruction and assistance to technicians regarding installation, operation, repair and maintenance at customer's sites.</li><li>Ensuring that the relevant customers representatives&nbsp;&nbsp;are continually updated on current job status.</li><li>Preparing timely and accurate technical reports in accordance to company standards of all site activities.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Prerequisites & Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor degree in electronics, communications or computer science.</li><li>Prior field engineering experience ( 1-3 years)</li><li>Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision</li><li>Good command of English</li><li>Strong customer service mindset<br></li><li>Geographically mobile (locations vary)<br></li></ul><p><br></p>
